Winter 2025 Update: Since December 2023 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at YORK XPS have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Dell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Deitz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Dektec product line-up. Starting Q1 2025 YORK is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Dell such as the SMU spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 802P manufactured by Deitz and we are pleased to be able to service most Deitz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DTU245 by Manufacturer Dektec as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2025 YORK has Delta Brand ASDA721LA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta-Tau such as 602199104 equipment made by Delta-Tau have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta-Tau products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta-Tau" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GML152F0 made by Delta-Tau as well as the popular PIRECLA4A2W original spares produced by Det-tronics
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MILLITO by Dr.thiedig and 602199104 spares by Delta-Tau are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RCW1606 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Destaco.
